2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • India: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
  • Standard shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only in selected serviceable locations. We reserve the right to refuse COD orders based on delivery availability or previous order history.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
